In my mailbox (11)

This is a weekly meme, hosted by the great Story Siren, where we talk about the books we got last week.

I didn't get so many books this week, but I went a little crazy at Amazon.co.uk, and are expecting those in mid December. Can't have too many books right?

For review ( Via Netgalley):
Stone kissed by Keri Stevens

Bought:
Intrinsical by Lani Woodland
House of Seven Gables, Nathaniel Hawthorne

I have also been given the name of the blogger that is going to get a present for me this christmas, as part of the annual Book Blogger Holiday Swap. I have already started thinking about what to get. I love giving things away, and I have something special planned.

What did you get in your mailbox this week?

Greetings from the States! This is my first time to your blog, and I love it! New follow!

Hawthorne - always a classic choice, and I really like the sound of Intrinsical.

Question: how do you decide which books to review and which to simply read? I find myself short of time, and I usually review any book I read because of that.

Have a good week!

@Melissa: I have also heard great things about it, that's why I bought it. Shall be exciting to see if it is that good.

@Miss Page-Turner: Thanks for your comment, will check out your post too!

@bibliophile brouhaha: Thank you :)I have decided to read one classic every month in 2011, inspired by a post at the blog Presenting Lenore. And I have heard great things about it.

I actually review every book I read, aside from documentary books. But I have had some lack of readng time lately due to extreme pressure on work. I also have to balance between reading Norwegian books and English books, since I run a Norwegian blog where I also review contemporary fiction and crime fiction written in Norwegian. I have decided to keep this, The Norwegian Book Girl, a pure YA / PNR blog, but I will perhaps review a classic or another book from time to time.
